FORV/S Merger
Served as the IT Program Manager for a $1.5 billion dollar merger between professional service firms BKD and DHG. The program required prioritization and coordination of key system needs between 10 line of business work streams. Led a team of 9 project managers and resource coordinators to deliver over 20 projects. These included enterprise systems, data reporting layers, risk & compliance processes, and M365 tenant moves.
Zoom Phone
Converted one of the nations largest accounting firms from a traditional telecommunications infrastructure to a cloud-based and soft phone provider (Zoom). This project consisted of significant technological changes, but more importantly re-training thousands of users and dozens of offices. The project was a huge success and aided the firm greatly during the Corona Virus lockdown.
AT&T: SD-WAN & Flexware
Over the course of a year and a half, I was the Scrum Master for seven SD-WAN (software defined wide area network) projects which each had budgets of over $500k. My role was responsible for leading resources across three continents from inception to iteration planning to release. I also managed timelines and budgets and provided weekly status reporting for Executive Leadership.
Door to Door Organics (DTDO): Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Enterprise Resource Planning systems provide integrated management of core business processes. In 2015 we initiated a million dollar year-long project that implemented Microsoft Dynamics for DTDO for the purpose of providing full connectivity between inventory, financials, and customer shopping activities. Once we delivered upon the business' requirements, they were able to reduce COGS and serve customers better through significant improvements in business intelligence.
Sarah Cannon Research Institute: Sharepoint DMS & Intranet
SCRI is a division HCA, the fourth largest healthcare system in America. SCRI leads many clinical trials which require medical professionals to share documentation that contains protected health information. Our mission was to provide team specific intranet pages and secure document repositories for eight teams across 50+ locations.
